This workshop will address: breathing; precise explanation of how to execute your yoga postures; benefits of the postures emotionally, physically, spiritually; proper body alignment; why it is a 90 minute meditation; gravity —healthy spine— happy life & intervertebral spacing; partnering observing and supporting each other; safe stretching.
