The 26 Asanas

Hot Yoga is a series of 26 classic yoga postures (asanas) and two breathing exercises, that works the entire body for 90 minutes. These 26 postures are practiced in the exact same order in a studio heated to 40 degrees. The heat promotes flexibility, detoxification and realignment of the body. Hot Yoga is challenging, though each posture in the sequence is designed to safely stretch and open the body in preparation for the next posture.

The detoxification is strongest in your first three classes. It is completely normal to feel nauseated or a bit dizzy or even get a detoxification headache. Drink a lot of water and attend regularly; The more frequently you practice the faster you improve.

The series is designed for all levels, first time students and experienced practitioners alike.
